ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-5 days to let you know your order is on the way! The standard delivery time is 3 days, with a maximum of 10 days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We offer €2.99 flat rate shipping to Estonia.

Free shipping is set for orders over €29.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to a list of countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Faroe Islands, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom. Please write to hello@rahucare.com for other countries.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rahu Care OÜ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@rahucare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
